What We Offer

We offer a pick up and delivery service that is aimed primarily at servicing the domestic market.

Our service also includes picking up the Dry cleaning and Clothing alterations, which are subcontracted out to independent businesses.

How We Iron

Always follow instructions given by customer. If there are no instructions then this is the standard way:

1. We always use the “Iron Aid” supplied by the customer & Spray all the shirts and Pants BEFORE we start. If the customer does not supply then use the company one.
2. We use lots of spray (Iron Aid) on all Shirts we Spray the entire basket before starting.
3. We try to never leave double lines, track marks on the sleeve and we take extra care with the collar.
4. We NEVER iron any motifs / drawings / labels which are commonly seen on the T-shirts, with the hot iron. We iron it either on the back or inside out or iron around it .
5. We hang all T-shirts with collars but Fold all T-shirts with no collar unless otherwise instructed by customer.
6. We will hang all Pants.
7. We will put No creases in Jeans, Casual Pants or Cargo Pants.
8. We will put Creases in all Formal or business Pants and formal Shorts, we will try make sure there is only ONE middle crease line.
9. When Folding we always try to put the big things down the bottom with the small things on top.
10. We will hang Kid's dresses and Fold all the rest of small kid's clothes.
11. Our ironers Never pick up a new next basket until they put away the last one fully ti reduce risk of Mix ups.
12. If any item has any pre-existing stain or iron mark, we will record it and we will IRON IT.
13. If any item gets a mark on it from the iron or the floor or any thing else we will clean.

How Does It Work?

It is very simple. You give us your details and we'll take care of the rest. Please remember that every thing that we do is 100% guaranteed, so you can relax and enjoy the extra free time that you will have.

We will assign you a time and day of pick up and Delivery . This will be your regular weekly pick up time. All you have to do is leave the basket of ironing at least half an hour before our driver is meant to arrive. This will ensure that he will not disturb you if you are still home, He will then pick up the basket, label it and give it to the Ironer in the factory.

Ironing will be done according to your instructions , If we do not receive any instructions then we will hang most clothes except bedding, kid's clothes, hankies and non-colored T-shirts. Jeans will have no creases but Trousers will and so on.

Delivery will be at about the assigned time. If you are home at the time of delivery then the driver will give it to you by hand. If not we will organize to have your ironing placed at a location that is reasonable for both. In most cases our customers have a rack they take out at the same time they put the basket out, if you don’t have one, we can provide it for you for a refundable fee if you do not like it.

The coat hangers that you send will be used. If you do not have enough we sall supply some at the cost of 20c per hanger.

Dry Cleaning & Clothing Alteration: Leave them in a separate bag, on top of the Ironing CLEARLY LABELED

How Much Is It?

The average basket is $30, however it varies from one customer to another and from one week to the next. Some customers give us $22 per week, which is our minimum while others give us a lot more per week. So the way it works is fair for all, and you can know what your bill is going to be even before you send us the basket.
