Pick Up & Delivery

 

Please leave the basket in front of the door. If you would like to leave it in another spot such as the Garage, Laundry or the side please let us know.

 

If there is a Security Gate you will need to keep it open on both the pick up and delivery time or give our trusted driver a key.

 

Delivery

If the customer is not home on delivery and if there is a lack of suitable hanging arrangement our drivers have to leave the ironed clothes hanging on doors, or lay them over the Basket. This makes it hard to keep the clothes in the best order. To avoid this situation some customers may need a portable rack to hang the clothes on If you don't have a rack, then you can either get one from most large stores (David Jones, Target, K-Mart) or you can order a rack from us and we can supply it to you at about cost price.


We have two types available

  1. $35 Standard, height adjustable Rack with 4 small wheels
  2. $45 Top quality mini Cupboard, covered, light frame & rain proof.
